South East SATT will participate in the 8th edition of Europe's most important partnership event for technology transfer, university-industry collaborations and early stage innovation contracts in the life sciences field.
SATT Sud-Est will be present at the BioFIT 2019 event which will take place on 10 and 11 December in Marseille.
The 8th edition of the BioFIT event organized by Eurasanté, the Nutrition Health Longevity (NHL) cluster, BioValley France and EUROBIOMED will take place in the South of France. This is where all collaborations between universities, research companies and research institutes begin. Indeed, BioFIT is positioned as the meeting point in Europe for technology transfer, the search for early-stage innovations and the emergence of biotechnology companies.
BioFIT, a must-attend event for the technological innovation ecosystem
BioFIT is an event that offers a complete program that will satisfy all its visitors. There will be pre-selected individual meetings, lectures, round tables, presentations of start-ups, presentations of collaboration and licensing opportunities, presentations of service providers and technology platforms, an exhibition area and also informal networking evenings. At the 7th edition, the BioFIT event reached a record number of meetings and participants with 900 organisations, 100 exhibitors, 1000+ offers generated and 35 countries represented.
The SATTs and their SATT Network will be present in a common stand
The SATT Network, along with a dozen SATTs, are coming down to Marseille to participate in the BioFIT 2019 event. The South-East SATT will be part of the joint SATT stand, and will present its portfolio of health projects. The themes presented during the event will be in the field of therapeutics and diagnostics, more specifically cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, neurosciences, oncology, etc...
