The French Tech Seed Provence Corse consortium provides pre-seed financing to the region's deep tech start-ups. At the dawn of the consortium's 2-year existence, the winners are Biologics 4 Life, Movin'Smart, Crocos Go Digital, C4Diagnostics, TED Orthopedics and Chargepoly.
Launched in Marseilles on March 27, 2019, the French Tech Seed Provence Corse consortium is the winner of the French Tech Seed call for expressions of interest as part of the "Investing in the Future" investment program, the objective of which is to "invest in the future".
Operated by Bpifrance, the French Tech Seed Provence Corse consortium is coordinated by SATT Sud-Est and the incubators Impulse, Belle de mai and Inizià. The fund is dedicated to deep tech start-ups of less than 3 years and the envelopes are between 50,000 and 250,000 euros over 5 years.
Following the study of the various applications, French Tech Seed Provence Corse and Bpifrance financed 9 start-ups, 6 of which were financed by convertible bonds, namely Biologics 4 Life, Movin'Smart, Crocos Go Digital, C4Diagnostics, TED Orthopedics and Chargepoly, as well as 3 others financed by other Bpifrance vehicles.
